One of the best ways to reach your fitness goal is to enjoy the time spent getting there. At Cardio Club, we offer 30 classes per week to help you on your road to success. But more importantly, we guarantee you will have fun along the way!

Spinning/Group Cycling: Spinning is one of the newest crazes in indoor fitness. Introduced in 1987, by super cyclist, Johnny Goldberg, spinning is a non-impact indoor cycling workout that can be enjoyed by participants of all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing a specially designed stationary bike, spinning classes target both the body and mind in a unique exercise program.

Cardio Kickboxing: (Type: Cardio/aerobics) Kick and punch your way to fitness! Cardio kickboxing, also recently known as Tae Bo, has been taught since the 1970's and perhaps even before. Simplified moves of kickboxing & taekwondo that originated in Asia.

Body Sculpting/Total Body Sculpting: (Type: Non cardio/aerobics) Upper body and lower body toning exercise to help increase strength, tone, define and melt away pounds by using light free weights, stretch bands, body bars or your own body weight!

Step Aerobics: (Type: Cardio/aerobics) Introduced in 1989 by fitness professional Gin Miller, step aerobics is an excellent and a popular activity to work the lower and upper body using the step bench.

Step Circuit and Kickbox Circuit: (Type: Combo - both aerobics & non aerobics) An excellent program that alternates and combines easy-to-follow step moves or kickboxing moves with fat-burning toning and conditioning activities that will make your sweat and elevate your heart rate! For all fitness levels.

Boot Camp Circuit: (Type: Combo - both aerobics & non aerobics) An explosive circuit training program for the whole body designed to elevate the heart rate, burn fat and calories quickly with a major focus on core (abs and back) strength and stabilization using short bursts of easy-to-do, yet extremely effective cardio and resistance training. For all fitness levels.

Weight Lifting & Abs: (Type: Non cardio/aerobics) This popular traditional weight lifting program "with a little spice" will help you build definition, tone & strength while burning fat & calories using mainly body bars combined with specific music and progression.

Pump & Sweat: (Type: Combo - both aerobics & non aerobics) Traditional weight lifting program with very short bursts of easy to follow aerobic moves. This program will help you burn fat and calories, define and shape your body and sweat at the same time! For all fitness levels.

Salsa/Latin Dance Remix: (Type: Cardio/aerobics) An eclectic combination of fun Latin dance & other popular dance moves - salsa, cha-cha, mamba, bolero, marenge and more! Let loose, dance and have fun while dancing to exciting Latin music and beat!

Hi-Low Impact Aerobics & Hip Hop Funk Aerobics: (Type: Cardio/aerobics) Fun, easy to follow traditional aerobic moves or move to the groove with hip-hop! Hi, intermediate or low impact! For all fitness levels.

Circuit Training: (Type: Combo - both aerobics & non aerobics) An effective combination of simple cardio moves and fat burning weight-training activities performed in/on the weight room/gym floor. What a way to burn calories, burn fat, and tone up all at the same time! For all fitness levels.

Stability Ball Conditioning: (Type: Non cardio/aerobics) Learn to strengthen & stabilize your core muscles (abs & back) and at the same time strengthen, tone and condition your whole body using the Swiss stability ball! For all fitness levels.

Yoga/Pilates-based Mat Exercise: (Type: Non cardio/aerobics) Learn to condition and relax your body and mind with Yoga and Pilates. Translated loosely, yoga, which started in India by Ashtanga Yoga over 5,000 years ago, is the practice of unifying mind, body and breath. Pilates (pronounced "pe laa tee") is a conditioning, strengthening and stretching program based on the works of the late Joseph Pilates, a German born. Pilates has been around since the 1920's and has been used by movie stars and top athletes for years. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Free New Member Orientation Class: (Type: Non cardio/aerobics) Semi-private orientation sessions complimentary of Cardio Club. Learn how to properly use weight and cardio machines and develop your own customized workout program. FREE to all members and available weekly!

NOTE: Classes are rotated on a quarterly bases. Check our on-line schedule to verify which classes are offered this quarter. All classes are subject to change.
